I was raised in a Christian home and my parents made sure that my brothers and sisters and I attended church on a regular basis. I knew when I committed a sin and felt guilty when I lost my temper or didn't behave.

I was not quite 11 years old when I had a life changing experience at a Spring Revival when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I learned early in life that becoming a Christian doesn't prevent bad things from happening in your life.

I also have learned that daily prayer and reading God's Word brings a peace beyond any understanding and helps you get through the hard times and enjoy the good times even more. I also have the assurance of spending eternity in Heaven.
