My life before Christ was without a purpose. I thought you just had to know about Christ and His story to get in to heaven but really it is so much more! I was living without knowing how much God effected my life and how much He can do with my life.

I met Christ on 11/29/09. When I woke up that day, getting saved was the last thing on my mind! I was more worried about going to school the next day and the guy sitting behind me. I was listening to our pastor give his sermon and then a question came to my mind...what is the difference between getting baptized and getting saved? I went to Tabby for an answer and she asked me the hardest question of my life. "Are you a Christian?" We went through the questions and prayed the prayer of salvation!

I have been saved for 4 months now & I am loving every minute of it! I feel more confidence in myself & in others that have found Christ. I feel the need to learn all I can about the Bible and God. He has changed my life so much in many ways big & small. I have shared my faith with others around me because I have a personal story to tell. I live my life in a different way, by doing things in the way I believe God would want me to!
