Have you ever been afraid? I mean really afraid because the people you loved and thought you knew hurt you. I was. I wanted to trust, but became skeptical... of family... of church... of God. I needed a friend I could trust.

Then something awesome happened. I met Him for real! Not the God my parents tried to preach to me (although He is) not the God of the church (though He is that too) BUT MY FRIEND!! My Hero! My knight in shining armor! The One that sticks closer than a brother. I KNOW Him!

The crazy thing about knowing & loving Jesus Christ is that He truly is there everyday. Someone to fall back on when the rest of the world is driving me crazy. Someone to come home to when I'm feeling blue. He listens. He loves me on good days and bad. And he answers me when I call. If you don't know Him yet, He's worth being introduced to. You'll never want to be without Him.
